fuse under the dash, I love the 'ever since i fixed my car, now its broke' story. I don't understand why you'd pull apart the heater controls for the wipers (plural) not working or are you talking about the rear WIPER (singular). Take off the heater control panel and recheck and see WTF you might have left off or not connected correctly or damaged. and see if you have power to the blower switch, then you can eliminate the fuse. A wiring schematic would be of great value to answer all your problems.

the only fuze i could find for the blower was under the hood it was the 40 amp fuze...other than that i could not find any other fuzes. i also have power to the switch i put a ohms meter to the switch and also to the wire harness and i do get power from both the switch and harness...i hate these model and year of caravans...

yes, it's called a test light or a multimeter or maybe you can come up with some other method I haven't come across.

it's a FUSE and yes you SHOULD put a multimeter on the blower motor wires. But you need to make sure that the key is on, the blower switch is turned on to full and you properly connected the wires after you monkey'd with the connectors. If you would get your hands on a wiring schematic, you can easily trace the wires to see which one should have power then test and verify. Fixing a vehicle requires using rational problem solving skills. Always start with the simple stuff. Make sure you are looking at the correct fuse. Many
