You need to ck for any stored codes in the door modules. The problem could be a door ajar switch thats causing your locks to up and down.

there are no stored codes.... seems to be an electrical fault since I am getting shocked often by the door!

Do you have a scanner that can show which door you maybe having problem with? It maybe an actuator or switch.

There is a TSB to do a flash update for the door lock problem you are having. Only the dealer can do this flash at this time.
