Default Wiper blades hitting each other

I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan and this is my 3rd set of wiper blades that have hit each other while cleaning my windsheild. As this happen to anyone else?

Yes they do. What happens is the nut loosen up and arms start hitting each other. Remove the covers and loosen the 15mm nut and adjust the arms and tighten the nuts.

Ok which nut do I loosen up and how do you adjust the arm? Thank you very much cz this problem is annoying.

Battery post puller or channel lock pliers.
