How do you turn the pass. side air bag off? There's the indicator light that reads "Pass Airbag On". Can you even turn it off?

 

I don't believe you can turn it off manually.
The light on means there is something malfunctioning with your airbag, you should go check it out.

I also have a 2007 Dodge Caravan and both my driver & passenger lights are on, so Im going to go head to the dealer to have them reset.

Use the search function in the forum, this issue was brought up many times.

 

You can't turn the passenger air bag lite off. the ram trucks could. But not the minivans.

 

I guess I should clarify the issue. The light that is on is not the airbag warning light, but the "Pass. Airbag Off" light above the center vents (I think, It's my sister's van, my 03 does not have this).
My bro-n-law found out that apparently there is a weight sensor in the pass. seat that senses a passenger of a certain weight. Apparently there is a small window of weight that will switch the sensor off. Can anyone confirm this? Also, what is the weight "window"?
