2003 3.3 L Passenger side rear clunking over bumps.
Hi there.
Over the last few months I have been noticing a clunking sound made from the passenger side rear wheel area, when going over bumps. Looking into it this morning I noticed a missing wheel lug. I replaced the lug but the problem was still there. The shocks needed to be changed so I replaced both of them. I noticed the old passenger side shock was shot but the drivers side wasn't bad. Again the problem is still there.
I've tried bouncing the rear in the driveway but this doesn't recreate the problem.
The spare tire seams to be tight, and I didn't notice anything underneath rubbing ect.
Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks.

Could be almost any thing, leaf springs, spare tire or 3rd row seats. You just need to isolate the problem. I would take the spare tire down and remove from the van and recheck it.
