Can anyone explain the following airbag codes. No numbers, just "DCT";
1. No Odometer Message Received
2. Vehicle Body Style Unknown
3. No Cluster Message Receive

The airbag warning light stays on. Vehicle has salvage title, but the state DMV inspection certified that the airbags did not deploy. Any ideas?

TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
1 NOTE: Ensure the battery is fully charged.
Turn the ignition on.
Make sure that all active DTC’s have been repaired before performing this procedure.
With the DRBIIIt select the PASSIVE RESTRAINTS, AIRBAG, MONITOR DISPLAY
and read the WARNING LAMP STATES.
With no active DTCs, Does the LAMP REQ by ACM monitor show ON?
All
Yes ! Replace the Airbag Control Module in accordance with Service
Instructions.
Perform __AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No ! Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CATEGORY symptom list for
problems related to Instrument Cluster.
Perform __AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
NOTE: When reconnecting Airbag system components, the ignition must be
turned off and the battery must be disconnected.
