Welcome to DF
When did this problem start? Did you start the van with a non program key?

Did you ck all the connectors to the pcm? You may have gotten water into a connector thats causing your no start problem.

Without seeing the van, I'm only guessing.Your best bet is get the van into the shop and have the pro's work on it. They would have all the testers and tools to find the problem. And give them as much information when the problem started.
