Cooling fans will not stop running
New to this forum, I did a search and did not find what I was looking for. I have 1999 Grand Caravan 3.3L. Recently I noticed the cooling fans will not stop running after I turn the ignition off. I tried cycling the A/C, since they normally come on when the A/C is turned on. They run until the battery runs down. Any idea what might cause this? Any help is appreciated.

The problem could be the fan relay. The relay is under the air filter housing on the frame rail. unplug it and the fans should go off. if they do go off, replace the fan relay.
