Default 1996 dodge grand caravan overheating

I have a 1996 dodge grand caravan V6 3.8. Have replaced radiator, thermostat, fuses, relays, and motor blower relay under car. Jumped radiator fans and worked for a little while, but now quit working and radiator overheats and over flows in the reserve. The fans are not locked up and if you straight wire will work. Can anyone help me and tell me what could be wrong?

Did you replace the fan module relay?

yes we even changed it. But would that cause the fans not to run?

The computor turns on the fan based on engine temperature and a/c high side pressure. If it isn't getting the correct engine temp reading, it doesn't know when to turn on the fan.

Default 1996 dodge overheating

thanks all that has replied but still no luck. we tried putting obd11 but keeps telling us must be conected and it is conected. No fuses blown and no relays blown. But keep hearing a clicking noise coming from the fuse box under dash. And now windshield wipers quit but can hear motor running, radio was going on and off but now totally off, the doors will only lock/unlock while van is running. I'm really at my wits end here! thanks for all info and advice.
