Default 2001 Caravan P0605, P0700

I just need some help with this.. I have an 2001 Caravan, The check engine light been going on and off for the past couple of months, I finally got it scanned today and it gave me a P0605 and P0700 codes. The van still running perfect but don't want to get stock. Please let me know where should I start to fix the problem. Thanks!

start with getting a real scanner and check engine and transmission data and codes. since both codes are transmission related. the engine computer codes are not accurate enough to properly diagnose transmission related issues.

I've read that Snap-on, Matco, Gensis, OTC are all pretty good generic scanners that allow data, functional testing, data recording and other features you just cant do with generic wal-mart./autozone code readers.
