Anyone know how to enable the rear speakers in a 2009 Caravan CV through Starmobile. 2 different dealers tried & failed.

Thanks for the DTCs. However, I believe there are no DTCs because the stock RES radio is functioning as intended. The rear speakers don't work because the ECU via can bus is telling the radio it doesn't have rear speakers.The vehicle (CV) came from the factory without rear speakers but has the complete (including rear spreakers)speaker harness. I installed the proper impedance rear speakers and read 4 ohms on the pins of the radio harness connector C2. My research suggests the rear speakers enable/disable command is stored in the ECU and can only be modified with Starmobile by a Dodge dealer with dealer connect. 2 dealer techs told me they did not see the option in the Starmobile list of customer preferences & gave up. I wasn't charged. Process of elimination leaves the Starmobile vehicle preparation page list or flashing the ECU. My intention is to find the proper process and relay it to a dealer tech so he won't get side tracked by other issues.
