2000 dodge caravan 3.0 are the relays by the battery interchangeable. I want to swap the fuel pump relay with another to see if the relay is not my problem. I disconnected the fuel line and turned the key on and no gas comes out of the line.

 

all relays that look the same, in the PDC, will interchange.

 

You may want to ck the ASD relay too. Also ck the fuel pump relay for power and ground with a 12 volt test lite or a DVOM. Also ck all the fuse's too.

 

Yea i check power at the fuel pump relay and felt them and they seem to
be working ok. I disconnected power at the fuel pump checked ground with a volt meter and checked and it had power when the key is turned but no sound at all from the pump.

 

maybe a bad pump?
