Default Clunking in my rear end

I own a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Ex with 130,000 miles. My concern: It makes all of the usual under carraige clunking noises that are common for this year of van. However, the rear passenger wheel area has really developed a nasty "clunking" that is sensitive to uneven pavement. I have jacked the van up but cannot find anything that may be the culprit. Any ideas as what to look for? Thanks!

Have you tried to remove one end of the shock and move away from the rear end? The sound you are hearring from either one of the shocks, or the leaf spring hangers could be causing the cluck sound too.Ck all the bolts.
