I'm totally new on this forum, I don't know if anyone can help me with this issue;
I've just bought a grand caravan SXT 2008, I have the REN media center(I can read REN on the right corner of my unit), and I can also see Hard disc drive on the bottom of my unit too. But it's impossible for me to enter music from CD's and image from usb, I have my owner's manual for the van, but not for the media center. When I go to see the space available, I see 0.000GB total space on the screen, like if I had no free space at all. And there's no music in it. If anyone could help me with this, it would be highly appreciated!! Thanks

The sight is for rer but the only difference is navigation, all the hard drive stuff is the same

If you had bought the van from a dealer, i would have them ck for updates or why you are not able to down load music.

 

Thanks, I've made an appointment for next week, I've checked on many web site, there's no way I can fix that by myself I guess! I tought I could've download and burn an update but I didn't find any.

 

I've downloaded an update for mygig, I installed it successfully in my ren system, but I still can't store music from cds, it's still "0.000 GB used-- 0.000 GB available", I tought the update would've repair the problem...

 

I went today to the dealer, they have to order a new REN system, so I guess it can't be repair.
