I'm sorry to read about your accident.I am very glad no one was hurt badly. The van and cars can be replaced.

 

keep your wrecked van for parts (engine/trans) and go looking for the same van maybe needing an engine/trans. then you can get into one dirt cheap.

load your pics into Paint and save at lower resolution.

 

Thanks for the replies I've tried saving the pics into Paint, but they're still too large. When I took them, they were at 1600 x 1200 resolution. Currently the files are still in the mid-200k realm.

It was definitely a scary ride. I had just replaced the window regulator on the driver's side, possible only with the many posts I found in here. A couple days after the accident I couldn't help but laugh at the realization that not only did that no longer matter, but that I also wouldn't have to worry about replacing the window tints that I had scratched up during the replacement process.

I'll keep trying to fiddle with the pics' resolution.
