ok srry but that diagram didnt help me at all. thanks though...what im trying to do is wire my actual wiper motor to a switch then to the battery so it will turn on at a flick of a switch...here is a few picks of the wiper motor out of a 96 caravan...
notice the 3 pins! one on left is black, one in middle is brown with pink stripe, right is green with pink stripe.
Now im shur the black is ground but wich is power? my guess is its the green one cuz it goes to what looks like a black resistor thenn to the motor along with the black wire. the brown one goes into the white pluggin where the 3 meet below the shaft.

i'm having the same issue
Any chance you can send me that diagram, please? I am having the same issue and kind of waited a lil long to renew some things, and need an inspection..and with no working wipers, that is not looking so good on my part. I was going to just hard wire it as well, but if you have an easier method..please, I will be willing to try anything, Thanks, Josh. josh.aloof@gmail.com
