2002 Dodge caravan p1388
My van cranks over but won't start. Checked for spark none. Checked 4 wires to coil for power and won't light a test light on any, key on or turning over.
Doing the key bump I get p1388 code. Checked and replaced asd relay with a working one from fuse panel. Checked under fuse panel. Found a corroded wire and replaced the bad spot. Checked still no spark. Had a look at all other wires and not seeing any other bad ones.
Checked connections to computer beside the battery and no corrosion in or around plug-ins. Wires to the computer all look clean and good. On the left frame rail there's a computer, transmission computer? Does this one have anything to do with spark or the asd relay code I get?
Any suggestions or advice please!

The ASD can be difficult to diagnose. It powers MANY things, If you don't have access to a meter and diagrams, it's gonna be tough to find it unless you get lucky. Since you mentioned 4 coil wires I will assume it's a V-6.
Possible Causes.
ASD RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
PCM

tried jumping the asd, no fire to coil. The bottom of the fuse center had a really corroded plug, there was power to this plug though. I cleaned it up and still the same no fire. There also was a corroded wire that I replaced. Checked for volts @ the relay and there doesn't seem to be any. This should have some voltage in the 4/5 clips where the asd relay plugs in?
