Default 99 Caravan

Just found out all rear brake lights are out. I have tail lights though.

The fuse is good, and after changing it out, still no brake lights.
Really not liking the thought of electrical wiring issues. any connections I need to check out to see if loose? any other thoughts or suggestions?

Welcome to DF
It could be a number of problems. The sockets, brake lite switch,BCM, or bad wiring under the carpet leading up to the sockets. I would use a 12 volt test lite and ck the sockets for power with brake pedal applyed or push down and hold. Then work back to the brake lite switch.

I agree, sounds like a brake light switch.
