Default 2001 caravan flickering headlight/ single speed blower fan

I have an 2001 dodge caravan with the 3.3, and 145,000 miles. The front blower motor only runs on high, and I can live with that. But I have noticed that when i have the power switch on to the heat/cool/fan console and have the fan switch on anything but high my headlights flicker ever so slightly.. so do you guys think its a bad motor or switch? or something else?
thanks

I dont know about the flickering headlights. But I do know what's wrong with the "one speed" situation. I had the same problem on my 01 Grand Caravan. It's a part, I think its called a "ballast", that is located behind the glove compartment door. Its a really easy job! Just move (or remove) the compartment door out of the way. The part is hooked up to one harness. Remove the single (I believe) bolt. And the part comes off. Replace it with a new one. This part is about $30.

I replaced mines, it fixed it. BUT now its happening again.

The flash needs to be done by the dealer. The rest, anyone can do. The flash maybe 45 mins to an hour. The resistor if you have them do it maybe another hour.
