Default Seized rear brake

1998 Grand Caravan, 3.3 Flex, ABS

Went to pull out the other morning and the left rear wheel was seized solid. Drove back/forth a few feet and it clunked & released. Had a Dr appointment so I kept driving with no problems - no smell, noises etc. and the brakes stopped straight and with no pedal issues.

Then next morning it was seized again, and this time it won't release. Back/ forth was useless.

No sign of fluid leaks or anything abnormal at the wheel, other than it's rock solid stuck.

In getting out after parking I also accidently stepped on the parking brake, and now its pedal won't release either.

So, what next?

Is there a way to release the parking brake?

What about the seized wheel?

Welcome to DF
The park brake cables maybe frozen,Jack up the rear tire and try to loosen the shoe adjuster. This way you can get the drum off. Then ck the cables.
