Anyone have any ideas on which part needs to be replaced now!? Im kinda thinking cat and downstream O2 sensor now, since there is no SEL!? Help!!

I have also having crappy gas mileage from my newly purchased (used) 2009 dodge 3.3 L grand caravan.
Previously I have 2 different Oldsmobile from 1999 & 2000 as well as a 1998 ford windstar all registered between 19 and 20 mpg for the EXACT same type of driving I am doing with my 2009 caravan.
I have been calculating the gas mileage over 4 full tanks and it is consistently showing ONLY 15 miles per gallon! This is crap. I have an extended warranty but the dealership is just saying that that is typical gas mileage of the caravan. My question is does a 2009 dodge really "typically" get only 75% of the mileage that an 12-13 year old domestic competitor get in the same driving conditions?
I am pretty frustrated to say the least.

Was the mileage always bad or did it happen after a trip to the dealer? Mine went downhill after the dealer updated the computer. It's not only Dodge. http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/...-mileage-claim
