you'll have to reset all your preset radio stations. and if the car was reset (cables clamped together, or battery missing for a long tme) it will run a lil rough for a short time to relearn itself.

to do just about any repair job the battery usualy requires to be disconected.

I don't know the answer to your question, but there is a TSB from February 13, 2009 for 2008 & 2009 vehicles stating that the MyGig radio may be damaged when disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. I don't know if this applies for 2010 vans, but I would remove the fuse before replacing the battery, just to be on the safe side.

from Service Bulletin Number 08-003-09

SUBJECT:
MyGig REN or REZ Radio Inoperative After Battery Disconnect

DISCUSSION:
When performing repairs that require battery cable removal, the feed fuse for the radio(30amp, for fuse location please consult DealerConnect, TechConnect, or Fuse Cover) must be removed prior to disconnecting or reconnecting the battery. Disconnecting and Reconnecting the battery can cause electrical spikes that may damage the MyGig - REN or REZ radio. Removal of the fuse will prevent this from occurring.
