My 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan has about 159,100 miles on it; it has the 3.3L V6 FFV engine with four-speed automatic transmission. The Service Engine Soon light came on a couple of days ago. Is there something I can do to reveal the diagnostic code(s) that would indicate why the light came on? There are otherwise no particular symptoms from how it is running to tell me what may be wrong. Thanks.

If the lite is flashing you may have a misfire, if the transmission is not shifting. Then it is a limp in mode.But you need to have the van scan for codes and post.
