I have a 1995 grand and my problem is driving me crazy. When I have the lights on low beam the left light glows and the right is off. when I turn on the high beams the right one come on and the left goes out. I have replaced the bulbs and the turn signal switch which has the high low switch in it.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! any ideas?

 

I'm going to guess you have a ground wire problem.

I agree, check the ground wires. That would a start.
