Default Intake manifold coolant leak

I have a 2007 Caravan 3.8 just over 60K on it that has developed a coolant leak between the intake manifold and the rear of the frony cylinder head. Is this a common occurance? Can I pressure my local dealer to fix it or am I on my own? Thanks.....

You need to get yourself an attorney.

It is not very common problem, but i've seen that happen.
I think those are only covered over 3yr 36K base waranty, so i would say you are on ur own.

you bought this car New or Used? do you still have power train waranty?

Thanks for the reply...I bought it new, assumed that I'd be on my own, but an internal gasket lasting just past the warrenty is not an impressive performance.

I would call the dealer and ask them to run a function 14 to find out what coverage you have.
