I do have power at the Juction box , and I do have power at the relay , but no power going to the appropreate items . and sorry it wasnt a " really tall fuse " it was the tall relay " Flasher combo " which controls all tghe items that are not working , but when the Relay was replaced , it did nothing .

Again, what contacts at the combo flasher module socket did you jumper to get everything to work?

Have you found anything else thats not working? You implied the blower is now working. Is it? Are you sure the new combo flasher module had the same part number?

So you said that the turn signals, blower motor, rear wiper, rear window defrost, etc do not work. There is one thing they all have in common, fuse 8 in the junction block powers the ignition switch that feeds all of these items. Could have a bad contact in the switch, bad connetion at the connector?
