where is factory transmission built date code located on this van? Do I have to get under the van to see that code?

 

There should be a label on top of the transmission with numbers and a bar code.

Thanks Master tech , Do I have to get under the vehicle to look at it or i will be able to see it by opening hood and looking underneath engine.

 

As MT said, its on top of the trans. Its on the bell housing area. If the trans has been rebuilt, the original label is destroyed.
