Default 05 3.8 Cly. 3 misfire woes

Greetings,

First post on here, have many a dodge in the driveway. This is the only one having a real problem. It's an 05 Caravan with 70k on the clock.

MIL light is on, throws po303/cylinder 3 misfire. Misfires through the entire power band, including idle.

Figured it was time for a tune up anyway, changed all plugs and wires. Still misfires. Ran techron through a tank, helped a bit but now it's back to misfiring. Compression test on the cylinder was 150+ psi. switched wires even, no change.

I'm leaning (heh) towards a foul injector. Could be a coil but that should effect 2 cylinders (2 coils per bank) Upon looking around on here, the injector harness is common - checking that tomorrow.

It's a DD - the more it gets driven, the more the damage.

Need some help!

Found this just the other day. It's generic but most still applies. The info in the first section should be useful to most: http://www.diycardoctor.com/ignition_testing.htm

More info: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0303

New coil didn't help the misfire, but it does run a little nicer.

Great link on ignition systems.

I'm thinking a injector at this point, or a mass air leak in that cylinders intake track.

Fixed

Been fixed for a bit.

Changed plugs and wires out for OEM Mopar goodies and all was fine. I'm hating parts stores more and more each time...
