Unhappy Courtesy light, alarm, and power locks not working after radio installed

After I had a new radio installed, the following problems were created:
1. Courtesy light does not come on when I open the door
2. I can't arm the alarm with the remote control
3. After I turn off the engine, I no longer have accessory power where I can operate the power windows
4. When I unlock the van with my key, the power locks don't work to unlock other doors.
5. After locking the doors and closing them the alarm no longer arms itself

What can I do to fix this?
What should I check?
Does anyone have electrical schematics to help me fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.

What year is the van? Did you use a wiring harness or did you cut and connect the wires?

The van is the 2002 model, and I saw the installer connect the wiring to a harness.

Hmm it should be straight forward I just installed a new Sony deck and subs to my 05 Grand Caravan without a harness and everything works great! There harness could be faulty, you should bring it back and ask them to replace the harness.

Welcome to DF
Were the lights working before you left the shop?

Bump. I am having the same problem with my ram. All lights and key fob/door locks worked until I installed an aftermarket radio. Did not use a harness. Ran a new Ground/power wire. Only wire I hooked to stock harness was the accessory remote wire.
