Default Heating and air issue

I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan Se 3.3 V-6 4-Speed Automatic and have a question about the heat...I started the van this morning...And it seemed like it took it forever to warm up...The gauge needle moves normally around half way...But i notice it barely blows warm on high...I haven't replaced the stat or flushed anything yet or checked to see even if the hoses get hot...Was just looking for suggestions or feedback...From other Dodge owners out there...Since this is the first dodge i have ever owned...

That would be a good start. You may have a t-stat just sticking open or broken.

Make sure that the coolant is not low. Check the radiator cold, it should be full. You could have a coolant leak and still have coolant in the overflow bottle.
