auto stick malfunction 2010 caravan

Just starting out on a trip west. Tried to put auto stick into third gear as needed for towing trailer, and nothing happens. Now have to wait until Tuesday for dealership to open. Help..any ideas?

Welcome to DF
I would have the dealer look at the problem, because you maybe still under warranty. I would stay the shifter assy isn't switching on the autostick.
