i have a 2006 dodge caravan with 2 12V DC power outlets one in the front and one in the back. i was wondering how hard is it to put one in the front so it run off the battery and you dont have to have the key on? or just put one in that spot?

If you open the PDC/IPM box you will see fuses, One will say batt and the other will be ign. Just move the fuse from ign to batt.
