depends on where is it at, pictures? you can try Epoxy or JB weld product.
whatever u do, do NOT use Stop-leak bottle, it will **** up ur engine or heater core, depending on the amount u put in.

For a pinhole I would go with Irontight, follow the instructions and never use more then one bottle. I had a severe leak in the top of the rad and this stuff worked fine. Going on 6 mounths now with no issues. Look for the video on youtube. Aslo to note: Chrysler dealership said it was a head gastket leak, I ignored it and found this stuff. $15.00 or $1500.00 hmmm no brainer. Also to note that when I brought it there for and oil leak they also said Head Gasket. Once again said $1500.00, I said no thanks and brought it for second opinion and it turns out that it was only a valve cover gasket. Hmmm and you wonder why are economy suffers. Sorry to get off topic but compare your cost and hope this helps.

If the hole is located so that you can be easly got to it. Drain and/or remove the radiator and solder it.

if its in a tube you can always solder it shut. Old school days we'd cut the tube and fold/crimp the ends shut.

if its in the plastic tanks, find out what type of plastic they are and use appropriate glue.

Permatex makes a kit for fixing plastic tanks. Scuff up the plastic and apply a fiberglass patch ( in the kit) and apply the adhesive. Can't solder the tubes--they're aluminum.

If it is a true "pinhole" in a tank, or dead center in a fin, I have in the past ran a rubber washered sheet metal screw (Woodgrip) that is used for metal roofing in the hole, and sealed the leak. That was 3 years ago on our 84 Dodge 350 dump truck, and it is still holding. If it is a tear, or bad seal between tank, and fins, get it fixed or replace it. It will save you a headache in the long run.
