The instrument panel of my 96 Caravan 3.0 litre has blacked-out. Speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, temp gauge have all failed. The panel will sometimes come to life on very cold days.
I need diagnostic & repair suggestions. Paul

 

Cold days?

Cold things 'Contract' hot things 'expand'...bad connection? meaning There could be a very hair thin crack on the board that makes the connection on cold days, then separates on hot ones. Also you say black out? meaning no lights?. Or all the dials are on their pegs?
Check your fuse panel also.
