Default Voltage sense wire

Anyone know which wire is the voltage sense wire that goes to the alternator? There's two wires (black and white) that clip onto the alternator. I'm assuming the white one is the sense wire? This is for a 2005 Caravan by the way.

the voltage sense doesn't come from the altenator. It is just a B+ feed to the PCM. Here are the alt. diagrams.

Im trying to step up my voltage by putting a diode on the voltage sense wire. But putting this diode the voltage sense wire the diode resists about .6v making the voltage sense think it need to make more power, and I'll have more power... If you know what I'm talking about

I guess I don't know why you'd want more voltage but that's what it looks at to monitor it is the B+ feed to the PCM.

Because my van cant handle my sound system and the voltage drops to almost 10v when my bass hits which makes my amp clip; bad for speakers and my subwoofer. Ok, where is the best place to find the B+ feed wire inside my van?
