I was changing the two speakers in the door. They have 6 wires to each speaker also. Dam, I blew 3 fuses replacing the rear speakers. Looks like its time to buy some more fuses.

Does anyone have anything to add? Thanks.

 

I was just talking to a tech at Cruchfield today and he said the door speaker amp powered the dash speaker so that's probably what the other two wires are for.
