Default Wiper linkage problem

Hi everyone, Hope you can help me with a problem that I got myself into. My wipers stopped moving but motor would continue to make noise. I figured I would replace the wiper motor and every thing would be fine. Well not so lucky for me. Hooked every thing back up and had same problem with the new motor just making the grinding sound but no wiper movement.
I took every thing back off and found the lever that bolts down onto the motor shaft as the most likely problem due to the fact the small splines in this lever part are wore down smooth. Well I ended up breaking off the top plactic bushing that is attaching the lever to the whole linkage piece. In hopes that you can just change that lever that bolts down into the wiper motor splinded shaft. However, I stopped and have not removed the scecond bushing yet. Sooo..
My questions are can you buy this splinded lever and plastic bushings??? and if so how much of a job is it installing. Or do I just by the whole wiper transmission linkage from a junk yard. A c-clip or cotter pin would have made life sooo much better for a guy to repair this. This is a 2000 caravan 3.3L Any one delt with this yet??

Yes I called the dealer to ask for the one lever part that connects to the wiper motor. It's a no go. New complet assembly cost 550.00 bucks. Junk yard is my best option at this point. Hope I get lucky finding a good one.
What a way to build this assembly. One simple weak link and if it fails the rest is just scrap metal. Go Dodge
