Smoke from my AC compresserr?
MOst definitely refrigerant is gone once lines were opened. Vac th system if you have one--they are 80 bucks--but what a waste of cash for one time use or maybe 2nd in future--vac the moisture out is needed because it will oxidize in a/c parts eventually. I never say objective facts how long that would take--
remember you must put pag oil back in sys. prior to 134--whole system is 7 oz--if you vac system first--compressor takes oil--but not 7 oz and dryer takes oil also--

Generally between 40 and 45 depending on outside/ambient temp. If ambient is high say 100 degreees vent maybe 55,56,57--general rule--30 to 40 degrees cooler then ambient.
I know that is a wide range but thats what book says
