Hi, Sorry for the delayed reply. I haven't had my rattle looked at yet. I am going to have the rattle along with a vibration/shake when I am in reverse looked at when I have the clip replaced. The dealer said the clip won't be in until probably sept 9. If you hear anything let me know as it sounds like we have the exact same issue. What you described is what we are having to the letter!.

Ok my dealership looked at it and said that the "door" in the vent was loose and ordered a new one. Should be in this week (ordered it last week). did your have the same issue?
