tires?
Have a2008 Grand caravan. I have Good year assurance fuel max tires. one of my rims has a slight defect that makes a slight vibration. i put it on the back and it is hardly noticable.
For this reason i can not put this tire on the front. i know the correct way to rotate the tires is in the book but can i rotate the left front to the right front and left back to the right back? i realize the tires won't last as long as if i did the correct way but i would like at least try and get a little more life out of the tires as i can not put the bad one on the front.
Back when i had rear wheel drive cars in the 80's they used to say if you rotate left to right you will bust a belt . Is this still true or was that just bs.?
PLease do not reply telling the correct way to balance tires. That is not an option here.
Thanks
