ok got the switch changed out , and when I pull the valve cover out two pistons and two large springs, and a third spring came falling out . How do I put back the pistons and springs (two) and then where does the third spring go (placement) if you have photos of how they go back please post, waiting on the post.........also I was reading that you have to have DMS read done to reprogram this , is that true because I did not rebulit the tran or rebulit the valve but put the TRS in it (replacement) only.

The cups go up first and the two spring one large and one small goes into the cup closes to the solenoid pack. The one to closes to the diff only has one spring. The springs need to face the valve body, so the cups go in upside down.

As far as I know, You are a member asking question on how too. I would answer the question the same way weather you were a woman or a man.

Handy with a multimeter? Looking at a wiring diagram you should be able to check continuity through the TRS to verify the switch is bad before changing it. The TRS connector should be the only vertically mounted connector on the front right of the transmission. Checking at the connector mounted on the transmission, you should have continuity (near zero resistance) from both contact #5 and #10 to ground with the shifter in park or neutral. With it in any other position you should see no continuity (infinite resistance).

Problem could be the connection itself. Is it clean and not saturated with tranny fluid?

I'm assuming backprobing to the the actual connector while it is still attached to the TRS? I've also cleaned the connector and TRS with QD electrical parts cleaner to no avail.

No. Disconnect the connector and probe the connector on the transmission. At the same time you can check to see if it is saturated with transmission fluid.
