Thnx for the suggestion buddy, But I'm pretty sure it isn't the relay as I have messed with it and moved relays around. I have also jumped the relay socket and the pump runs and all. Weird eh? I'm so confused.

Checked all the connections everything is fine from what I can see. No Cel lit up this whole time, but it also doesn't light up as it should when key is turned to on position.
