Default Automatic Transmision slight jerking

I've noticed that my GC 08' is slightly jerking when I am driving at near zero speed. If I release the brake and the car starts to roll very slowly - and if going slightly uphill, it will jerk (like micro vibrations) until I push the gas pedal more or apply brakes. Is it normal or it's something with the Auto transmission? The same is going on when stopping slowly and when van slows down to a 2-3 mph it starts to jerk on and off (like 2-3 jerks per second) untill I push the stop pedal more to stop the car completely. Kind of feels like engine is fighting with brakes and the transmission betweeb them is taking all the heat and it vibrates/jerks. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Have you had the dealer look at the problem? I would have either a transmission tech or the shop foreman go on a road test with you. I going to guess, you are still under warranty?

Thanks Master Tech! I'll think about the dealer. The problem is I don't really know if I'm off the warranty or not. I bought this van from the original owner - and he wasn't very consistent with oil changes and other staff. I mean he missed some inspection dates and probably dealer can tell me that warranty is void because of this. So I am afraid to go to a dealer and to be charged $200-300 just for inspection. Or worse case scenario - if they'll decide that my transmission needs work - I'll be presented the huge bill of $2000-3000

The mileage is 57,600 km. The van was bought in September 2008 by the original owner. I live in Toronto.
