Default loud squeak when i turn left

hey everyone new guy here. i have a 06 grand caravan and it squeaks whenever i turn the steering wheel left (only when i'm driving). i thought it was worn brake pads, so i replaced them and i'm still getting the noise. i think it could be bearings? if so would it be easier to just replace the whole hub assembly and should i repalce both (i'm not getting any squeaking from the right side). thanks guys

Welcome to DF
Sure it could be a wheel bearing, but it also could a ball joint, tie rod end, sway bar bushing or drive axle. You need to try to isolate where the squeaking sound is coming from.

Default still squeaking

well i replaced the hub assembly and i checked all my boots and bushings, they all looked good the old hub had some play but my wife said the squeak is not as bad as before but still there. i can't figure out exactly where the squeaking is coming from.

I would put money on the drive axle. Check the CV boot, if it has wear on the rubber sleeve its time to replace. Those usually last up until the rubber sleeve goes out.

Both boots looked good. The van does have 109,000 miles on it. If i replace one side should replace the other? Thanks for all the input guys i appreciate it.

I would change the bushing, before replacing axle shafts.
