I don't have a wiring diagram for the 1991 thru 1995, which are the same body style. I can only start with 1996 and up. So you can find the wiring diagram, that may help you find the problem. Something causing you not to have voltage at the wires when you should. You have an open circuit, just need to find out why.

Take the cover off of the steering column and look at the ignition switch wires at the connector see if they are melted. I replaced a motherload of them things in the 90s. Sometimes the melted wires would be about a foot or more down the sterring column.
Just a reminder....the fusible link doesn't necessarily have to show burn signs to be open. You gotta get that test light out and start pokin'. They look like regular wires probably light gray.
Just a thought....did you ever take the ASD relay and swap it with a known good one??? Don't swap it with the fuel pump relay that will just result in a no start still...lol

thank you very much I took sick so I will use this info to my advantage to defeat this crisis. but I want you all to know I appreciate you assistence. The schematic is awsome it looks different than the one in my haynes manual and easier to read. thanks. as soon as I get out I will try all advise recently given and report back thanks again.
