Default Fuel Gauge problem

Hey, I have a 02 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport It has the 3.8L and with AWD. Now I been have a problem with the fuel gauge droping to empty when in fact it has a 1/2 of a tank. Then when I shut it off for a few minutes it goes back to 1/2. I have changed the fuel pump with fuel sending unit, body control module with the same part number, and the gauge cluster. I also check the LDP hose and filter and thats ok. After all this it still does the same thing. I am at a lost as what to do next. oh just to let you know the cluster and bcm module I got them used. Maybe they are bad too. I would like any inputs to this problem please.

Welcome to DF
What was the problem before you replaced the cluster and BCM?

Fuel Gauge would drop from 1/2 to empty. Within the first few miles of driving and would return back when I shut the van off and back on.
