Default 03 rear wheel stud intall problems.

I have an 03 with drums that I have to replace 2 rear wheel studs. I have the old ones removed and can not find the right spot that I see everyone talk about to install the new ones. I would like to keep the hub on since I see people say that it's possible to do without removing it. Does anyone have any advice on where exactly is there enough room.

Thank You

Welcome to DF
If you are having a hard time putting the stud thru the hole, then back the bolts out just a bit to give you move room. I have a stud installer and just put the lug nut on and pull the stud thru, I believe 22mopar22 and tizzy have said this before.

For anyone in the future trying to do this. The spot is to the right as you looking at the brakes. You have to open up the brakes to get enough room. The problems is that the aftermarket studs have a much thicker head compare to the stock studs. I lowered the head just a bit with my grinder. I go the studs from advance; for anyone in the future get the studs from the dealer or compare the head of the studs to the aftermarket ones you are buying.
