Default window motor/regulator question

I have a 2005 SXT Grand Caravan that needs a new power window motor on the drivers side.
I try to do any work I can on my vehicles myself, though I am not a mechanic at all, I can do simple things like replace bulbs, and I even replaced a blower motor once.
I am able to remove the door panel and water shield and expose the motor. The motor is receiving power (I tested it with a voltmeter) when the switch is activated. It is doing nothing. The window is stuck half-way, and will not budge more than an inch or half-inch with a good amount for force on my part, so I am thinking that means the regulator is ok. I know I can purchase them online for 70$ (motor and regulator) and locally for about 120$.
The problem is, the motor does not seem to be held on with bolts, but with some sort of plastic "things" that I can not figure out how to remove.
If I could figure this out, I could replace the motor myself.
Can anyone advise me here?
Thanks

You will need to break them off. The new regulator should come with either bolts or the plastic pins.

If they are the same as 3rd gen vans they are called "well nuts". It's a steel nut surrounded by rubber. Creates something of a shock mount for the motor. I just grab them with pliers from the backside. You may have to replace them depending on how badly damaged the rubber is. $6+ at my local dealer for 3. Lowes has them for half the price. Some just chuckem in the garbage and use regular nuts and bolts as replacements.

They appear to be completely plastic to me. I have seen video's online of people changing out Caravan window motors and they are not the "well nuts". Just plastic.

Break them off? It is really that simple?! LOL!

Changed mine on my 2000 GC. The wire broken is the reason it had to be replaced. It got twisted up and eventually broke. Check the wire.
