I have a 2006 caravan. When I turn off van and exit vehicle the parking lights don't turn off. This is becoming a more frequent issue. Is this a short? They have been on all day since 5 am and now it's almost 6 pm.

Try pulling off the battery cable and then put the cables back on. Are the lights still on? If they are, remove the front controller module and clean the connection. If it continues, you may need a BCM/FCM module.

 

Could have a stuck relay. Try switching it with another one.

 

The computors load shed so it has to be a stuck relay or power shorted to the park lamp circuit
