Default 03 caravan engine swap
i have an 2003 caravan with the 3.3 its has a rod knock can i swap it to the 3.8

Not really, You should replace it with another 3.3L.

ok well i can get a wrecked 03 with a 3.8 runs good just goes down the road side ways with the 3.8 so can it work with the any extra work

You can try, but you may run into some problems after installing the engine.
